West Cliff Physical Therapy is a cash based practice and out-of-network provider (with some insurance companies). 

Patients are responsible for full payment at the time of each visit and are required to submit the appropriate medical reimbursement request to their insurance provider. An insurance "superbill" will be provided upon request. 

Fees- How it works

• Initial 20 minute phone call to discuss your medical needs complimentary
• In person evaluation (90 minutes) - $150
• Manual Therapy for follow-up visit (60 minutes) - $125
